We will never return. The photos are nothing remotely like reality. - The front door unlocks when you use the snib lock. We found this out when we left as we needed to go back inside. The lock unlocks itself when closing so you need to lock with a key - Fire alarm is missing – serious safety hazard - The light above the bed has a hole in the wall showing exposed wires - The mechanism on the blinds in the main living room weren’t functioning (we fixed them) - Floors were dirty. There were splashes around the toilet from previous use, the kitchen area had walking marks on the tiles - Hair on the bathroom shower tiles and mould on the floor and corners of the bathroom - Not an appropriate table or shelf in the bathroom so you must put all your belongings on the dirty floor - Towel had a hole in it - There was no doona on the bed, only a sheet. We found a blanket in the cupboard to use but wasn’t actually big enough to cover the bed. We turned the heater on as it was cold and it just smelled like burning dust - The couch is broken. When you sit on it you fall into the seat - Marks all along the walls, broken lights, dirty and dusty heater, water damage to skirting boards - The kitchen and appliances were so dirty - we ended up eating out as we felt sick being in the space. Dirty marks that look like blood on the fridge door. Top of the bin was dirty from prior use. Oven has crumbs and grease all through it and the exhaust looks like it has never been cleaned.

The accommodation was dirty and smelly. On arrival our accommodation was not clean and items were left behind from previous tenant such as food in fridge, dirty coffee table and nightstands. Bathroom had a urine stench

Great location! Shower grout mouldy, needs a good clean & scrub. Ironing board cover requires replacing, completely worn out.
