We stayed here with our 2 young children for just one night. The family room was tidy and spacious enough for all of us. The toys were a good distraction. I wouldn't say it was great value at the price we paid but it did the trick for us.
I stayed one night for business in room 21 (ground floor) with a spa included (but did not use).
The hospitality/service sticks out in my mind as the greatest strength. The desk staff/managers were courteous and seemed to look after the guests (not just myself) well based on what I witnessed.
The room is quite small (aka cosy) and might seemed cramped to some, but is well stocked with a kitchenette (including ceramic hot plate, toaster, microwave, bar fridge, etc). Since it is somewhat small, it is also easy to keep warm. There is also a private spa unit attached, but separated by a door and covered by a thin corrugated roof. I didn't use it but I heard other guests splashing around and they seemed to enjoy it. As the rooms are in close proximity, I was able to hear rare, muffled noise (mainly the clicks from light switches) in the adjacent unit, but it wasn't bothersome and it didn't have any trouble sleeping.
The bathroom is also somewhat small, but adequate and kept spotless. The only minor thing I noticed was no moisturiser included with the toiletries, but not big deal. Also I noticed a small reservoir leak, but it didn't create a significant puddle.
Overall, solid stay that is good for value. The room has a somewhat 'trendy' feel with colourful light fixtures and wallpaper and the overall condition seems fairly new, so I think maintenance is doing a great job.

Good place to stay for a short business trip. Has everything you may need. Bathroom was clean and bathtub was clean enough. Some dirt/dust could still be spotted on the top of the bathtub but nothing major.
Lots of accessories provided in the room.

Friendly welcome and very efficient check in.
Room, bathroom and kitchen extremely clean. Beds had normal thick quilting coverlets, but very nice light & down type blanket over the sheet.
Basic kitchen utensils, but not overfilled and plenty of room for your own items. Toilet paper not great, but plenty.
Good value for money and I would happily stay here again.
If you're looking for luxury, this is not for you, but I could recommend it as a good base when exploring the area.
