The rooms are spacious. That was the best thing to be said. But msjor issues... wotif the hotel have suppied very out of date photos. Rooms and all amenities very run down. The photos still show things like breakfast supplied and business centre. These dont exist. Rooms are cleaned by the caretaker family so not done thoroughly. Rooms are run down. And they had introduced a new thing while we arrived. There were teabags for making tea but when we asked about milk we were told it was no longer supplied with our room rate. The room was not cheaper than other motels in the area. I was a little confused the venue is called a hotel, but it didnt have any catering options and the ammenities supplied were less than other motels. Wotif should not list it as a hotel. We were ok for two nights but it is nit good for extended time

After sending several emails on the 07.02.2026 to cancel the reservation for the 09.02.2026, due to unforeseen circumstances. The Hotel couldn't even send a courtesy email to acknowledge with there booking agent WotIF. Very bad service should refundi my money back. Still awaiting a reply.

Rooms were spotless with the exception of the bathroom fan ws dirty and very noisy. The ceiling fan on the brink of failure and possible fire hazard. Ceiling fan needs immediate maintenance.

Rooms were clean, parking is first in first served and a warning for thise that smoke or vape on the premises outside on site its a $250 fine. On check in the cleaners were still getting rid of rubbish and laundry outside the rooms I'm guessing they had alot of guests. No tea towels or kitchen sink for doing dishes or stove top but had a extraction fan. Good for a hassle free short stay.

The photos on advertised on web site are very missleading, the condition of our room was very poor if i could have got my money back i would not have stayed. I have many photos to confirm my issues we had a major secuirty issuse as the window near main door could be opened and anyone from the outside could opsn as no latch on window. We had NO HOUSEKEEPING at all. yet we had been informed every 2nd day. We stayed a total of 3 nites we had to buy own toilet rolls as we only given x 2 rolls we had 3 girls & 1 boy . On arrival only 3 towels for 4 x guest. Every time we needed assistance to replace our towels etc NO ONE ever at reception. There is a Stove top, microwave, fridge, cutlery & utensils supplied but no tea towel, dish wash or cloth. There mould in our rooms above beds mould in shower trayno lovks on bathroom no room safe damage window frames paint missing lounge suite has the springs visible and no dinning table

Room was terrible. Water damage all through bathroom woodwork. No ceiling fans or air-conditioning upstairs and the only portable fan in the kids room had to be plugged in behind the bed so couldnt get both kids! Springs poking you through the couch, furniture dirty and worn.

The place is advertised as a Hotel, but it clearly was originally a Motel that looked like it had been converted from 'emergency housing' or a 'men's lodge' into tourist accomodation. The rooms were spartan, neglected, the paint was chipped in places, it had the worlds smallest TV in the lounge area with a lone couch (no side tables) and had the vibe of a student flat. In the 'kitchenette' - what once had been a kitchenette had been uninstalled and a new bench top put in, but the extractor fan remained . The bed seemed new and was comfortable, but the whole room shook every few minutes and there was loud banging from a construction site next door installing piling. Would definitely NOT recommend to stay here.
