The property feels quite old, with worn carpets and noticeable odours throughout the amenities. Our room’s bathroom had a strong smell coming from the drain, which was unpleasant. On a positive note, the breakfast buffet was good and well presented.

Yes, the room was spotless, and the team was great. There was a process issue with our breakfast. The ordered Toast with jam never arrived, and the poached egg from the Avo smash was missing too. The toast was rectified after a call.

Great location with very friendly staff. Unfortunately my flight got cancelled at 7:30pm on Wednesday night and next available flight was Friday at 12:30pm. A quick look on Wotif found this hotel and what was a very stressful situation became a lot easier. Thanks really appreciate your hotel I will be staying here whenever in Sydney.
