Convenient place to stay near Central Station. Comfortable beds & modernised rooms. We stayed with x2 adults & x1 teenager. Perfect for short stay.

The housekeeping was not good - we had to request towels when one was not replaced, extra toilet paper, tissues were not replaced..... the bed even had the top cover pulled up over the unmade bed one day! The beds were exceptionally hard which made sleeping difficult. Even though I loved being close to all transport and could walk to Darling Harbour, China Town and Paddys Markets, I was not impressed with having to request basic items and having to sleep on a cheap mattress.

Very central to transport and dining options. The hotel was fully booked but room service was very efficient. The only disappointment was access to the swimming pool - from the 13th floor, you had to walk up three sets of fire stairs. However, the view was great.
