Didn’t feel very welcome on arrival. The receptionist advised that we were meant to prebook parking, I apologised and she kept trying to get us to park at a nearby Wilson car park which was a 10 min walk away. We had 2 children with us (one of those was 2 years old) so that wouldn’t have been ideal. She said she could look to see if they had any parking spots available but “it would take ages” and told me about the Wilson parking again and how it cost the same. 2 mins later she said “we have a spot available so that’s fine”. The room has patch repairs on most walls, which weren’t done well and were very noticeable. There was white paint flaking off skirting in multiple areas and going on the floor. The window sills looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in 5 years and there were pieces of glass in the window sill of the bathroom. We booked the apartment as it had photos of the pool on multiple pages of their website, so we were looking forward to taking the kids for a swim, however, once we got there I asked the receptionist where was the pool located and she said they haven’t had a pool running since Covid. When we left from our stay we felt very disappointed. We won’t be staying there again.
