The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The host, Tim, was very friendly and helpful. The parking was great and the location was amazing. I can’t say enough about our stay at the Oriental Bay Waterfront - Private Lower Suite.

EXCELLENT for anyone with even a touch of perfectionism. The location and view speak for themselves but the layout, design, style, organisation and thoughtful touches made this stay second to NONE. As a Canadian living in NZ, it’s been a long and frustrating road to accepting that workmanship standards in NZ often fall short but THIS property is the exception. Flawless, impressive and beautiful. Everything was intuitive like it was designed by a UX programmer. Whenever someone needed anything, it was right there in the logical place. The fridge was so nice, we found ourselves looking at as often as the ocean view. I’ve literally never slept on nicer sheets even in a 5 star hotel. There are just too many wonderful things to even mention. If it’s in your budget to book this property, don’t hesitate. It really was as comfortable and easy as home but gorgeous and spotless with amazing coffee shops at your door. Thank you so much for all your hard work to ensure my family’s vacation was so special! I’ll definitely be back.
