The staff at this hotel were so friendly .The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. The location was perfect - close to the city centre and attractions. The hotel had great facilities and was very convenient. The service was excellent.

I have been staying at Bay Bridge Inn on work related trips for the last 2 years. The rooms are spacious, always clean and well maintained. I like that the rooms have refrigerator and coffee machine. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I will stay here again. However there are a few things that I wish the management would make note of. The internet is atrocious. There is no reason to offer a pathetic service like this in 2024. Second, the place can be noisy at night or early in the morning because of heavy equipment operating outside or because of hoodlums shouting right across the rooms for no reason. Finally, the check-in procedure is awfully long and painful. I am sure these things can be improved for a better experience for the guests.

Always a great stay at bay bridge inn. Close to Whole Foods as well as a walk to downtown or take the T-Line a block away. It is close to a major highway into the city but if your in the back area of the hotel the traffic isn’t too loud.

Extremely unsafe- checked in and straight out
Motel entrance is basically an alleyway with lots of homeless people around, the reception man said there is usually people hanging around. The room given was filthy, the bedding and sheets clearly hadn’t been washed. Dust and grime everywhere, bathroom gross. TV remote gross. The entrance door (straight off the alleyway) to my room had a massive chunk out of the bottom corner of the door- a grown man’s arm could have fit through it. A child could have broken this door open easily. I had an evening out planned and didn’t know if my belongings would be safer in the car with all the break ins or in the room with zero security. As a solo female, no way was I returning late at night nor staying in that place. I checked out after 30 mins and didn’t even bother asking for a refund. The reception man did offer to change to another room but I’d seen enough of the motel condition to know it was unsafe. He didn’t offer a refund. I’ve stayed in over 200 hotels/motels in the US and this is only the second time I’ve felt so uncomfortable I had to leave immediately. PS the security deposit/hold isn’t just holding card details- they do an actual sale and then a refund later. I didn’t get it back for about 2 weeks.
