Upon arrival, room was without soap. Second bed (single bunk) was not made up, nor was there a quilt to accompany the folded sheet and pillow left on the bunk. Questionable stains on the wall above toilet cistern. Overall cleanliness and feel of the room was below standard. Parking is easy and there is ample, staff member at reception during check in was friendly and helpful.

It’s budget, so you need to BYo toiletries. The bed was lovely, pillows were nice. It was safe and quiet. Perfect for overnight on our way back to Yass. Bathroom was clean. International roast coffee wasn’t great, but it did the job!

Still waiting for manager to call me back regarding a complaint. Have rang and left messages. Cockroaches in the room. Aircon broken. Tv broken. People smoking inside their rooms. People partying in their rooms at 1.30am in the morning. Called the emergency mobile 6 times no one answered. Or called back. Reported it to front desk on departure. Was told the manager would contact me. No contact. So I rang a few days later no answer so I left a voicemail. Still no call back. I will be back up that way this weekend. And I will stand there until this is dealt with. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!

Excellent value for money if I wasn't allocated "the highway room" .. verrry noisy. Good thing I was wasted after the Ed Sheeran concert and afterparty and crashed hard. Otherwise I would have hated it.. big time. The staff were lovely though and it was great value for money to be that close to Accor and easy commute. I recommend the hotel but make sure you're away from the road or bring ear plugs.

Service was terrible - staff did not answer a single phone call to land line or after hours mobile. Rooms were gross - hair in bedding, mouldy bathrooms, dust everywhere. Save your money and go elsewhere!

Room smelt of cigarettes, dead bugs on the bedding, my colleagues room had holes in the wall. Place looked like the lower decks of the titanic while it flooded. It’s also in the middle of what looks to be a very sketchy area to an outsider. So yeah don’t stay here

I have stayed here several times however, the room I had on this occasion was quite tired. The bed springs were poking through the mattress and the bed was not made properly as if the sheets were not replaced when the last person had left the room.

Easy booking process, but that’s about the only good thing. They messaged immediately after booking “please contact us on blah number if you need after hours check-in”. Called every 20 mins from 7:30PM till 11:30PM, arrived. Unable to get in. No reception there. No one answering the emergency number. Pathetic and hopeless is what I’d describe my experience as. And after spending yet more hours wasting time managed to get access at 1:30AM, only to find no room number on the swipe card and the bunk bed mattress, what a piss poor excuse for a mattress. I’ve seen gym mats in better condition. I’ve stayed here a few times. I knew it was ordinary but this experience has finished the flimsy relationship I had with this motel.
The swipe card left in a locked lock box, with no code provided to access it, and no room number written on it 🤣

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I'm well-travelled and think reviews can come from unrealistic expectations, but I implore you to steer well clear! Dated/older decor is ok, but I expect amenities are available as described and cleanliness is a given. Comfy bed, fridge in room, breakfast basic but fine if you like pancakes, cereal, toast. End of positive review. Unhappy worker at reception. Room stuffy, air-con broken. Indifferent response at reception, had to push for room change. 2nd one faulty. Finally an apology for the stuff around by the 3rd faulty room. 4th room worked. Unpleasant smell in room, but the struggle getting air-con meant I put up with it (30c days forecast). Air-con worked well, albeit noisily, but was good as walls are paper thin and I had noisy neighbours one side, so it allowed me to dull their noise. Threadbare dirty carpet; my colleague's room had sticky carpet. I didn't walk on mine without footwear. Bathroom had cockroaches crawling. My colleague joked I should take the bug spray from my car to the room to feel more comfortable. I needed to use constantly! Most run down hotel bathroom I've ever seen. Sewer smell when shower starts. Barely half a toilet roll in room, no servicing. My colleague noticed water coming out the back of his toilet. It was lifted off the ground & pipes did not align, so sewage water was coming out into the bathroom. Absolutely disgusting. This property needs bathroom renovations, air-con updating and new carpet. Accor should be ashamed.
