The room I requested and paid for was not provided so I kept hitting my head on the bunk bed. I couldn't bear to have a shower as it was not clean. The shower curtain was mouldy. The carpet was not vacuumed very well. There was paint that had been scratched off the walls, in a number of places. There was dust and dirt in a number of places, e.g. under the aircon remote. The window, which blew open during the night, looked like it would fall out. I have pictures. I could not sleep at all in that room. I have stayed at budget IBIS properties before and I would rate those 10/10. This one would receive a minus score.

Excellent staff, especially the Samoan staff, great customer service and helpful 👍 Parking was gr8! Rooms were clean, but you need bump up your pillows, and have soap/flannels. Otherwise great accommodation, enjoyed our stay!!

poor signage made it difficult to actually get to the property that was the only problem being on such a busy road without a left turn into the property and poor signage to help find it was frustrating. the staff were very accommodating and polite with their help. great service

It’s budget, so you need to BYo toiletries. The bed was lovely, pillows were nice. It was safe and quiet. Perfect for overnight on our way back to Yass. Bathroom was clean. International roast coffee wasn’t great, but it did the job!

Staff were polite, I didn't have a lot of contact with them. Room was clean for a budget motel but it has had a lot of guests. Not fond of the bunk bed above the queen bed. Bathroom amenities were clean, the hand basin plug was missing, not helpful. Biggest complaint I have is charging guests $10 per night to park in the car park what's going on here?? Next time I'm looking for accommodation I won't be putting this motel at the top of the list, I think only for emergencies.

Actually we booked for a King bed upon arrival at the front desk, the lovely lady at the front desk appologises for the changes made instead of having a king size bed, they got a queen bed, and also offerred free breakfast the next morning, my parner & i didnt mind, we just took the room and we loved it, i would like to thank all staff for their smiling faces that served us during our stay at the hotel 😇😇 hats off to you all
