Delightful staff and comfortable beds. Bankstown Mercure Hotel's location is outstanding, as we were able to walk to the train station to get to Olympic park. Was very straight forward, saved us from sitting for hours in traffic.

Was pleasantly suprised, everything we needed was right. Didnt leave the property in 2 days except to go to our concert. Not a problem as such, but was suprised the smoking area didnt open until 9am. Enjoyed our stay very much. Would definitely return.
