convenient air con wasn't working but the duty staff ran around to sort it out. they had to go into all the apartments to find out who had turned their aircon off at the wall (where it says dont turn off). seems an inconvient system. but got sorted within an hour. was a very hot and stuffy apartment for an hour though. nothing offered for any inconvenience though. but it was fixed and staff were very nice and helpful.

Easy access to main roads and walked to Eden Park. Ensure you arrange parking before arriving or to park in street it’s free all weekend. Really private and high quantity unit. A step above others

Great stay here. Lovely warm reception area with flowers seating coffee machine. Nice way to enter. Room was great.

The property was clean, tidy & was comfortable. Close to the local bus routes & small shops close by. Front desk staff very friendly & a warm welcome. Good lift to the floor. A bit disappointed that we had to pay extra for car parking as the cost was at the high end.for the size of the floor space. Overall an excellent property if you need to get to the rugby or football stadium but be aware the cost may increase when you book in your dates.
