This is a new building, but it’s apparent that some rooms are not completed as yet. Our room (114) was still awaiting things to be installed with the masked pipes in the bathroom, & electrical switches waiting to be attached to things, along with a number of other things clearly waiting to be finished. The reception is in the 2nd driveway entrance, not the first…I had trouble locating it when I arrived. Staff were friendly, & room servicing includes changing towels & emptying waste bins, but doesn’t include making the bed, as we found out. From the foyer, there’s a number of doors to the lift, which can be awkward if you have suitcases in tow. The lift is more like a domestic model with a capacity of 4x adults (according to the plaque in the lift). There’s plenty of parking, but it’s still pretty rough at the moment. The building is certainly nice & clean; & I’d certainly recommend it to anyone thinking of staying there.

Excellent accommodation. Super close to the Auckland International Airport without the "chains" of Airport Lodgings. Clean, spacious and well appointed rooms with comfy beds. Will definitely be coming back, highly recommend.

Rude staff or manager; I attempted multiple times to check over the phone. Our connection was disconnected many times. Said hed email/whatsapp me and never did. Told me I needed to be more “organized”. Do not stay here they are NOT accommodating ; opposite of “flexi”.

What an excellent place to stay. It was spotless, the staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early having travelled quite a way. It's handy to everything, 10 mins from Sylvia Park, 15 mins to Go Stadium. Will definitely stay there again.

Room was clean and comfortable. You need your keycard for EVERYTHING - including turning on the power to the room, getting through a couple of doors to get to the room, and of course, for the rolling gate access for vehicles and pedestrians.

Unsealed carpark. Not great location. Bed one best been at motel. Shower head and water was poor. No real milk that any other motel give you. Poor sky tv channels. No brush and dish washing soap. Toilet hold failing off. Over friendly guy when booked in trying get ratings. 3pm book in motel not 2pm. Gate close cant get in book in motel. Ring ask when coming book in motel. Motel booking close at 5pm so 2hours only.

Staff were friendly. The room was clean & tidy on the whole, however the shower trap must be clogged as the water was very slow to drain away & the mattress protector had some significant staining on it when I stripped the bed before departing on morning of checkout.
