The property lists that there is a gym but this is not true. They have a “partnership” with a facility in the area which comes at an additional price. We felt this was misleading to not include these details/to have a gym listed as one of the hotel’s amenities. The rooms were clean but outdated with very worn carpets/furniture. The staff is really excellent, the location is second to none. The hotel has almost no facilities and is not the most luxurious one. A very good choice if you want to stay a few days in the heart of Auckland.
