Was there for 4 nights and after 3 we had to ask for clean towels. Have stayed on 2 previous ocasions and this was very disappointing. Trolleys and cleaning equipment in the foyer and the place just looked a shambles. Would not book City Life again.

Very helpful staff. We were also blown away when the General Manager drove us to the Lion King, when our Uber failed to arrive at the hotel. Thank you for that fabulous personal touch!
