My bathroom ceiling was covered in mold. The pillow cases on one of the beds were filthy. The rooms all smelt damp, fusty and mouldy. The reception area for the hotel is actually next door in a neighbouring hotel which was inconvenient. The guy on reception was pleasant and helpful but when I told him I couldn’t stay in that room he didn’t immediately express any concern regarding the state of my room and did not ask to come and inspect the room. He took me back over to the hotel and showed me 3 other rooms I could choose from and only one of those was free of mould. This is definately the worst accomodation I have stayed at in NZ. The pictures look nice enough but the place is completely run down and disgusting.

Love that it was close to the airport and convenient as in central to everything but the rooms are outdated. Dusty and old. Felt alil sketchy and unsafe at times cause the door to the side stays open. The place needs an upgrade sucha good location

It did not feel safe. I used a key to get into the place but there were three unlocked open doors to the outside. The people at the hotel next door run it and sent a guy over to check. He closed two of the doors and stated the third needed to be left open for people parking to be able to enter. This made the place cold also. This is a correctable situation and I would stay again if this was resolved.

Clean, Quiet, Convenient

We need somewhere to have a good sleep after a late arrival. It was really easy to check in. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Quiet enough area. Airport transfers were easy and convenient. Staff and service were great. Would stay again.

Brilliant service for a hotel this well priced. Very nice large bedroom. Private bathroom. Coffee tea facilities. Bed extremely comfortable. Beautifully made with fresh clean linen. Plenty of blankets. Modern heatpump. I just couldn't fault this property. GREAT PLACE TO STAY FOR AN OVERNIGHT STAY WHEN IN TRANSIT. Next time will try their restaurant. Looking forward to overnighting here again in the future. P.S. Special commendation for Ruth(check in) and the night staff Krishna and Kuldip I think(forgotten this last person's name). Excellent manner. Great service. A+
