Overpriced breakfast but nothing on the menu was

I was disappointed that I was charged from your company $100 apiece for breakfast and no one could communicate with me on why but the hotel in itself accommodated us and took very good care of us

Nice Hotel but bad Housekeeping

The hotel was very nice the only issue I had was getting housekeeping to come clean the room called and asked multiple times only I got was some towels but never got the room cleaned.

The staff is amazing, the rooms are very nice, and the over atmosphere is enjoyable. One thing I did NOT enjoy, was the room noise, you can literally here every single sound on the other side of your door/wall.

We took a spontaneous last minute trip to LA and wanted to stay in the downtown area. Their communication was great and when we checked in, I explained how we needed a break from the kids and to just getaway. We got there later than we expected and their receptionist was totally understanding and very helpful. The place is very clean, smelled great, and we will definitely be back for future stays! Thank you!
