Staff was great. Bed was comfy and clean. Room was clean but needs fresh finishings. Hot water was unreliable. HVAC worked good but it was the old clunky unit under the window that you have to trial and error to get the right temp. TV was good but remote was unintuitive. There was a channel guide but no way to see what program/movie was on. Breakfast was good.

Love the cleanliness, great location and staff are very friendly. Breakfast buffet is good. The gated underground parking with in and out privileges is perfect. Our car is safe. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.
