The location is great for seeing most bay attractions, the staff were very friendly and helpful and rooms spacious neat and clean. Only issues were no fridge and a/c was noisy when compressor kicked in.

The hotel is in a good location, near restaurants and stores. Our room was clean and they served a good breakfast. I love that checkout is at 12pm . Downside for me was parking is charged separately $35 which i thought was pretty expensive. Also, there is no refrigerator in the room and the bed was stiff and uncomfortable.

Basic but good 👍

The hotel is in an excellent location. Walkable distance to Fisherman's Wharf, shoos, restaurants. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious but are in need of updating and brightening up. We had the King suite. Plenty of storage space, enormous bed. The bathroom was huge, but tons of wasted space in there. The shower was difficult as it's a fixed height (low) and if you're quite tall, as I am, you're having to shower crouching down. There’s space in the bathroom to put a nice big walk in shower. We had two large windows but the outsides were so dirty, they were difficult to see through. Breakfast was basic, but plentiful and a real bonus to start the day with.

Liked how close it was to Ghirardelli Square. Was on the 7th floor, and sometimes only one elevator was working. Would have been nice to have an in room mini fridge. Other than that no complaints, it was quiet despite being in the city.
