Children are welcome, just keep in mind the river by the house, mostly 30-50cms deep in summer.
stairs don't have babygates, the design doesn't make it practical

There is a small minor dwelling on the property, but this is about 25 meters from the main house, behind a barn on the other side of the driveway, the minor isn't visible from the house, with one elderly tenant, she is very quiet, so you shouldn't hear or see her, she is very quiet
