Arrived to room not being ready, went away and came back a couple of hours later, 4pm and put in another room that the staff were still cleaning and making beds. Bathroom door hardly shut. Place needs a good tidy up.

Comfortable, clean place to stay, very accommodating - close handy to where I was working. Great restaurant and menu - only negative is restaurant not licenced and looked foward to a cold beer at the end of a working day with meal!

We always choose to stay here when in Auckland. The rates are good, staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and tidy. Very happy with the overall facility.
