Great property / terrible host communication

This converted loft was a great location and set up for our group of six. It was walking distance to the harbor and restaurants / coffee. Very clean and well-appointed, great common area / living space, with a fun and artsy vibe. Very cool. What wasn't cool was the complete lack of response by the hosts over our two day stay. We had several questions for the hosts upon arrival including that the assigned parking space was occupied, a load of wet sheets and towels were in the dryer, the dishwasher was full, we could not locate a second key (which as a larger group with varying interests and timing made having a single key challenging), and we made an inquiry about late checkout.Both hosts were contacted at the local cell phone numbers they provided as well as via Vrbo app and neither responded to anything.

Pre cruise Auckland

Very spacious condo in the city center. We were seven guests And it fit us very comfortably. Nice bedding. Yes, 30 stairs to door but not a biggie. Towels are provided but wash clothes are not. Dryer was on the fritz so we had to hang dry our clothes. Easily in walking distance to restaurants and city must sees. Auckland is very hilly so get your calves ready.

30 steps to a great apartment!

The initial shock of climbing 30 steps was allayed by the huge well appointed apartment. Would have given a 5 star rating overall but we think the cleaning people did not do a good job at all.

Amazing property, amazing location, outstanding property manager

We had a brilliant stay and found Anna to be extremely accommodating, friendly & understanding. We will definitely stay again as the facilities were immaculate & the beds devine - we wanted to take ours home!
