Not the room I booked when we got there. They tried to charge twice for the room on checkout The shower had mould on the door and staff apology was less than convincing Very disappointing stay as it was for a special occasion a 21st birthday Very underwhelming and Starr were hard to understand as their English was poor Will definitely be avoiding this property in the future

The tv remote and phone didn’t work. Was told someone would come, they never did. Pillowcases coarse. Could hear snoring from another room and footsteps. Sorry but not a good stay. Will not return

Room was nicely furnished, modern and everything you needed. bed was comfortable and bathroom really clean. Would stay again

Although this hotel was situated in a good place and staff were friendly the room was small and lacked some simple items. I was disappointed to see dust on window Sills and under the bed and on the bathroom floor. Rubbish wasn’t emptied in three days and room not serviced. I was disappointed for what I paid for this room.
