We stayed only one night and could not use all the great amenities.
Dinner at the hotel was great. The room was spacious, clean, and very nicely designed.
The hotel had a technical issue which could not be fixed during our stay and affected all rooms.
The management however compensated us in a great and interesting way which was an amazing way to apologize for the inconvenience.
Will we come back? Definitely! We still need to ise the spa, the pool, the gym, and many more amenities.
Fantastic hotel we booked four rooms for two couples two children and an infant and a parent. The rooms were fantastic enjoyed all the services including the pool buffet breakfast. Our only complaint was the green lights in the room are a little bit of a night.
Was a terrible experience, the valet crashed our vehicle and the manager refused to be of any help, there was no compensation or any responsibility from their behalf, he was aggressive in his handling of the situation and the staff were very unhappy. Definitely do not recommend!!
Beautiful central location with a perfect location for everything downtown. Amazing luxury styled Hotel with great ammenities. The hotel has gorgeous interiors, and the staff are fantastic and extremely helpful and well-mannered. Would I stay here again, definitely.
We stayed with our newborn and found it very easy going and the staff were really sweet and accommodating.
Loved the King Studio room! It was spacious and felt luxurious with lots of design touches.
I wouldn't say it was particularly quiet with loud music from the bars and sirens on a Saturday night, but didn't bother us.
The restaurant food and service was great, but would suggest they lower the lights for more ambiance?
