So expensive for carpark. Staff just did their job. Not overly forthcoming with information about city. Unless asked then answer will proceed. Beverage caddy not topped up really annoying when wanted to make hot drink n no sugar available!! The room was too dark. The room that had better lighting was the bathroom. Overall it was a ok.

The tv wasn’t working. Part of the carpet was wet There was no soap The toilet had been used and not flushed This is a 5 star hotel and to arrive at a room and find this is unacceptable. When I told the person at reception she apologised and gave me a voucher for....a coffee! What a joke!
