This was extremely noisy. The studio bed is next to the door and the walls are thin and the floors in the hallway are tiled, so I could hear every conversation and roller bag that passed. I could also hear every footstep above me and was asked not to put the do not disturb sign out while they were doing a replacement project, despite not being informed of this up front and needing to work from the suite during the day.

The kitchen was well equipped and clean. I loved the balcony views, the only downside was having trees blocking part of our view. Staff was extremely friendly and kind.

The building smelled like stale animal urine It was more than likely the smell of mold ad decay. Wjen i open my room door the smell of mold hit me like a ton of bricks i opened the balcony doors to air out the place sprayed perfume on my pillow so I could aleep The concierge Miguel was condescending and unhelpful! when maintenance showed up he said he smelled nothing!!! They claimed they had no other available room to move me and just returned my $55 resort fee! That stay ruined an otherwise amazing vacation! The garage smelled better than the room. Do NOT stay there. There are other places right next to it with the same magnificent view Hilron should be embarrassed!

The balcony view was a great treat. Having a full kitchen was delightful as we like to eat in for some meals. The pool area was excellent and the hours were very convenient. We would definitely stay again.
