This hotel is NOT what it looks like in the photos. It is a sad looking, what appears to be a former apartment complex. I choose this hotel for the proximity of price with other nearby hotels that didn't offer breakfast. I don't know if it was in the fine print, but the breakfast is only a continental (another sad offering). Immediately upon my reservation a message was sent to inform me of this, and a lenghty message about towels, and room occupancy. FYI, you cannot have more than 2 with a king or 4 with a double, EVEN if it is an infant. When I drove up to the property, I was immediately unimpressed, but the giant crispy dead mum plant in the lobby worsened my impression. Upon arriving in the room, it look to be a mix of 1980's deco, and hospital furniture. I saw the fireplace and thought well, at least we'll have that to warm up with, only to find out that because we booked with a 3rd party, it would be $15 extra dollars to turn it on. So, we were left with the small, plug-in, electric room heater. I would not recommend this hotel. There are many options nearby that are similar in cost and at least have much better curb appeal. I will end with this. I have stayed at MANY hotels with Expedia and have never left a negative review, but this hotel and it's staff compelled me to warn others.

Although the property is a little older, our stay during the half marathon with two little ones was pleasant. I was happy with how clean our room was and the beds were comfortable. It was a quick walk to the finish line for the marathon. We did come back late one night and had to park on the street. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Clean room a bit dated but is got everything you need! The balcony and the back seating area is a bit dirty and i had to wipe down a couple of times before sitting. The staff were friendly and I love the coffee and tea station ! Great location and very walkable to the main area with lots of food options.

There are several nearby places to walk to get breakfast, coffee and pastries so there is minimal benefit to having their breakfast options onsite. The rooms are clean but a bit dated. AC would be nice to have. Interesting that the last several stays there is notable maintenence or upgrades going on but I can't tell what's being upgraded.
