This compact space has all you need for an easy few days away or a mini vaycay. Perfect for its studio size and location for 1 to 2 people. The studio is new, hassle-free, clean, tidy, modern and is attached to the street side of the main house. Please note there are NO cooking facilities available to be used. There are coffee and tea facilities, a toaster, jug, plates & bowls.
The studio is located in one of Wanaka’s newest building residential developments & is perched on a beautiful elevated section which offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Wanaka. This little studio is close to our local bike park Sticky Forest and there's an easy downhill glide to the lakes edge and the Outlet Track, which makes you within easy reach of Wanaka town centre also.
PLEASE NOTE: This property is connected to another other property called 'Wanaka Alpine Haven' which is a separate 2BR house which sleeps up to 5 pax. You may look up this property on this channel to get more information. If your group requires more space, please enquire with us as we can provide a rate for both properties if booked at the same time.

Fabulous on Farrant is nestled within Wanaka's newest area 'The Heights'. You're a stone's throw from the Wanaka township - approximately an 8 minute drive or a 20 minute walk. Access to the lake and bike tracks is almost immediate as you're surrounded by these.
Wanaka does not have a public transport system outside of taxi's, so you will need a vehicle to get around in....or hire a bike. We love to bike in Wanaka and the surrounding area and no matter where you go the scenery is spectacular There are plenty of bike hire shops in Wanaka and almost all adventure activities offer transport.
Please note this is a newly developed neighbourhood and there is currently construction happening within the area, on weekdays only. Most of our guests come to Wanaka to get out and explore the region and enjoy winding down in this lovely studio at the end of a day exploring.
You must be 21 years or older to book this property.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
There are to be no campervans, motorhomes, caravans to be parked on site, along with no tents erected. This studio if for 1 guest or a couple - there are to be no extra people on site.
Please note that all noise is to be kept to a minimum especially after 10pm - where you should move inside as a consideration to your neighbors.
