Hotels with Tennis Courts in Quintana Roo

We read many reviews and watched many videos prior to our trip and we honestly loved it…Secrets completely met or exceeded expectations. The pools were amazing, the staff were extremely kind and polite, the ocean was wonderful, and every meal was delicious and high quality. My only complaint is that some of the guests acted like entitled children and treated the hotel staff poorly. The staff were outstanding, worked their tails off, and were constantly serving drinks and bending over backwards to provide quality service but that’s just not good enough for some people these days. Some guests were just nasty, rude, and should be ashamed of themselves. This of course is not a reflection of hotel quality because the property, amenities, and staff were a 5/5! Definitely coming back!

We loved our stay at Riu Ventura! Came for my 30th birthday with my husband. From check in to check out the service was always great and we did not have to wait too long for the restaurants they offered. Didn't love the Italian restaurant but everything else was pretty good even the buffet had lots of choices! The best part was all the different pool options and the beach views! We got to enjoy both pool and ocean side by side and there were always activities for all ages throughout the resort even through the evening. I would definitely come back!
