The room was tidy but it was dirty. The floors are a dark vinyl tile and i dont think they had been mopped in a long time. Our feet and socks became black on the bottom just from walking around the room. I think that due to the dark colour of the floor the cleaners cannot see this. There were also a number of long black hairs on the bathroom floor when we arrived. We will not be returning as who wants to worry about dirty feet when you need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night?

There is no staff on site, there are no amenities. There are bars and a deadbolt on the screen door. There is no elevator and the stairs are covered in moss and IMO unsafe.

This was a very nice place to stay., I will be back. They go out of their way to accommodate their guests. Thank you so much ! Great breakfast that saves you money and time so you can get out and see the Island. Don’t miss a chance to stay here when visiting Kailua Kona.

The room was usally cleaned but there was days we had to ask. Hot tub is very lame jets hardly worked at all. Breakfast was ok but they kept runing out of stuff and had to be told to refill it.

Room very clean and spacious. Staff was courteous and kind. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Nice you didn’t have to find a park and constantly have to pay for parking. Charged $15.00 a day which is very cheap for the location of the hotel to downtown. I would stay here again.

Staff were very accommodating. As far as cleanliness of the room it was fairly clean however; the room we stayed in needs a new microwave and lamp shades. At first I thought they were just really dirty but after further inspection its more like rust and decay.

Check in staff aura's very friendly and kind. Breakfast was nice would appreciate a few more vegan selections. The only reason I didn't give the place a five is that it was noisy in the hallways and it was noisy above us. The location was excellent for getting to old Kona Town and walking around.

The hotel is clean but not new, staff does a good job cleaning the hallways and maintaining it. The surprise was the paid parking, they don’t tell you that before. They charge $15 per day to park. The location is great if you’re without a car, theres lots of food and shops within a few minutes walking distance.
