Loved the set up and placement of the property. Felt lovely when we arrived. Lovely toiletries and just about everything you needed. The staff on the desk over the weekend was lovely and very approachable. Loved the gym and the pool/spa area but didn’t end up using. Hated the mattress in the master bedroom… so much so I left my partner to sleep in the single bedroom. Mattress made me feel like I was going to fall of the bed. Some electrical issues… the socket in bathroom didn’t work and the kettle kept on switching off…seemed some issue with it. Only one milk for a three night stay? Is this the same as a one nighter? The coffees etc were good but again .. the same for a three night stay? The cooker in our apartment was not great. Not the resorts fault but wow… he parties and noise on the Saturday and Sunday night that we stayed made sleeping very poor (on top of a horrible master bed mattress). The Monday night was peaceful! Thank goodness again not the resorts issue but…

are super annoying .. Check out is at 10 in the morning and you start getting hit at 8 in the morning to leave and at 9 in the morning you are called to the room for ..so you remember that the chekout is at 10am. This never happened anywhere in the world and we have 35 years traveling. it hurts that they have the name of the chain Ramada .Terrible

Great for a family getaway
Fantastic stay for the family. Kitchen allows you to cook from home or get takeaway with all utensils available. Lounge and dining space is big enough for 4/5 people and upstairs bedrooms are roomy with plenty of storage. Only negative is that air conditioning is only on lower floor and upstairs rooms can get very stuffy on humid days. Pedestal fans are provided which are useful. Location is out of town (which for us was a bonus) about 20 mins but is still close enough to all the attractions (you will need a car). Would definitely stay here again.

It'd have been a great stay with 5-star rating if not for the following issues: - Venetian blinds used in bedrooms didn't block light - the rooms were bright light early in the morning. Proper curtains or blinds should have been used. - It's hot upstairs but there's only one portable fan. There should have been 2 fans or aircond - Quite average bedding. Other than those issues, it's a great property

Our stay was fantastic, comfortable beds, great restaurant with beautiful food. Very friendly staff, great tennis court, pool and spa. Would certainly stay again for sure. thank you so much, also the Dairy near by was clean and well presented with shopping items. this resort is Highly recommended all everyone out there.
