The lovely Rachel at reception went above and beyond to assist us to amend our booking. She had a beautiful demeanour and the hotel facilities were amazing. The meal at the Giant restaurant was delicious. Francisco and Charlotte were amazing with their great food and wine recommendations.

Overall, the location is good, and the hotel offers a partially obstructed view of the Remarkables. We stayed at the hotel for five nights; however, the housekeeping service was unsatisfactory. On a daily basis, staff failed to replenish essential items such as body wash, toiletries, and tea, requiring us to repeatedly request the missing items. Based on the level of service provided, I would not classify this hotel as a four-star property. We have stayed at numerous four-star hotels worldwide, all of which have offered a significantly higher standard of service.

The hotel was ok. My biggest complaint is that we upgraded to a room with a mountain view but were given a room on the first floor. That seems a bit unfair. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pillows were either firm or soft with 2 of each provided for our King bed. The restaurant food was very good. There is no pool and parking was avail for a fee. There are regular buses to the airport as required. We had a car.
