The property was conveniently located near the airport, shops and transport. On the other hand I have still not received an email response from Wotif which I submitted several times (&it didn't bounce) re trip insurance company. So while I would recommend the hotel I will not be recommending WOTIF.

The staff at Holiday Inn in Frankton were wonderful! They treated us with kindness and respect...from the front desk, the restaurant staff, and cleaning crew. Our room was clean. Our view was awesome. We were able to walk to a path around the lake and walk to the Remarkables shopping area for dinner. An excellent experience.

Our check-in and out were easy and the ladies were efficient & friendly. Rooms are nice, generously proportioned and well laid out with nice design features. the duty manager was around to support the staff and the customers. Many restaurants, French bakery, supermarket and shops for many essentials are all within 5 minutes of walking distance. A bus by the hotel that goes to the airport every 15 minutes.
