Airport Shuttle great bonus. Room good needs a repaint. Breakfast $18 terrible. Muffins stale, mince pies cold, expensive toast as that was all I had to eat.

Our room smelled musty or moldy. The towels smelled either dirty or heavily mildewed. The staff was friendly and answered all our questions. They brought us fresh towels when requested without making an ordeal out of it when we explained why.

Staff were lovely. But cleanliness is bad. The shower was filmy and grout dirty. Mirror in bathroom wasn’t clean. Carpet especially in hallway needs to be steam cleaned. Around fridge door around table edges. Everything has a surface wipe only. Due to this I won’t be staying again as not up to standard.

The bed sheets and pillowcases were dirty. I had to ask for clean linen. Breakfast was disappointing as the staff were not keeping an eye on what was available so for around 10 minutes guests were left with a choice of toast, cereal and yoghurt. I had to ask for the meat, cheese and crackers to be refreshed on behalf of other guests It was not a terrible stay but more attention to detail is needed
