because i was there for the days to sleep and not there at night, was very quiet and was never disturbed . after doing all the formalities from the beginning was left to my own pretty much the whole stay. some of the staff needs to appear to look cheerful and greet as you go by. all in all was very good. will use again next time around.

overall, great however i was disappointed when i got a phone call on Sunday morning after 10am that i have to check out, i said to the person (male admin) that when i checked in i asked to check out at 2pm and happy to pay for the extra, i was told that it will cost $40 i said that will not be a problem however he checked the note nothing about a late checkout hopefully it will be sorted out next time

Very roomy,tidy and clean. Could do with small plates or saucers,knives and folks. Just spent one night and slept peacefully right through. Great👍

Beds were really hard and uncomfortable. Was like sleeping on a wooden bench. Staff were not interested. Rooms aren't serviced every day. Staff members park in the disabled parking and put cones over them when they use their cars to leave so no one else can use them. When I complained i was told that it was just the way it was. As a disabled person that is not good enough. Food ordered through room service was disgusting. A roast meal is not 2 slices of meat, mashed potato and a spoon full of mixed veges. We left early because of lack of room service, uncomfortable beds, lack of disability parking and staff who really didn't care about anything.
