Bed was ok. Room fixtures were not clean. Mould on blinds, doors and windows. Room had damp feel and smell. Towelling was damp. Noisy room - could hear other people in the room above. Booked a deluxe spa room and expected it to be clean and shall I say ‘deluxe’. Was not impressed with our stay.
